I’m Anshu Bhargava, a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 19 years of corporate experience. My journey has been rich and diverse, shaped by my passion for people development and leadership.

- Spiritual Exploration: My spiritual journey has led me to explore Pranic Healing, Energy Healing, and Vipassana. These practices enrich my understanding of holistic well-being.
- Global Adventures: I’ve crisscrossed the globe—Toronto, Amsterdam, Oslo, Melbourne, Bangkok, Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Kathmandu—for both work and pleasure. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for diverse cultures and human connections.
- Diversity Advocate: In recent years, I’ve dedicated myself to promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. My book, ‘Woman, You Rock’, reflects my commitment to empowering women.
- Educational Background: I hold a Master’s in Human Resources from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from Delhi University.
